Cell phone numbers in Thailand contain nine digits. The first two digits are in the range of '81', '83', '84', '85', '86', '87', or '89'.
When calling a cell phone from within Thailand, always dial the Domestic Access Code '0' before the nine-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
When making an international call to a cell phone in Thailand, dial: Thailand's country code [66] + cell phone prefix ('81', '83', '84', '85', '86', '87', or '89') + remaining seven digits of local cell phone number.
When calling from Thailand to Malaysia, callers must dial the IAC ‘007’ instead of the usual ‘001’.
