International Calls: Dial France's IAC + country code of country being dialed + area code (or) cell phone prefix + local number.**

International Calls: Dial France's IAC + country code of country being dialed + area code (or) cell phone prefix + local cell phone number.**

*Note: France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion share the same ten-digit dialing plan. When calling between or within any of these countries, dial 0 + nine-digit number.
**Note: Some countries have a unique dialing sequence for incoming calls to cell phones. Refer to the Cell Phone Dialing Guide for the country you are calling.

  1. Cell phone numbers in France contain nine digits. The first digit is always '6'.
  2. When calling a cell phone from within France, always dial the Domestic Access Code '0' before the nine-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country. 
  3. When making an international call to a cell phone in France, dial: France's country code [33] + local nine-digit cell phone number (format of '6XX-XXX-XXX').
  4. France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique and Reunion share the same ten-digit dialing plan. When calling between or within any of these countries, dial 0 + nine-digit number.
